This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our platform, including our event management dashboard, user portals, and ticket-purchasing services.
1. Information We Collect
A. Information You Provide to Us
- Account Information: When you register an account, we collect your name, email address, and phone number.
- Organizer Data: If you use our Organizer Portal, we collect details about your events, including guest lists, ticket tiers, and event parameters.
- Allocation and Guest Profiles: When an organizer or buyer assigns tickets via email or phone number, we store that attendee data (Name, Phone Number, and/or Email) in our secure registry database to resolve ticket ownership upon user authentication.
B. Automated and Operational Data
- AI Assessment Ingestion: For private, high-demand, or bulk ticket orders, our integration with Google AI Studio processes attendee guest profiles and historical booking volumes strictly to calculate dynamic transactional price models. This data is processed instantaneously and is not used to train global AI models.
- Device and Usage Data: We collect basic diagnostic data to optimize your mobile and web workspace experience, including device types, screen scaling layouts, and access logs.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the collected data to fuel our offline-first core ticketing engine and secure access systems:
- To authenticate your identity and provision your digital ticket wallet.
- To execute dynamic, volume-based pricing structures via automated profile assessment.
- To route transactional ticket confirmations and cryptographic access links directly to your inbox using our email delivery partner, Resend.
- To cross-reference phone numbers and emails internally upon user registration, automatically claiming any pending ticket allocations assigned to you by third parties.
3. Data Sharing and Third-Party Integrations
We do not sell your personal data. We only share information with trusted third-party service providers necessary to complete platform actions:
Payment Processing
We do not store financial or billing card details on our servers. All transaction details are passed securely to Paystack to complete payment authorization.
Email Delivery
Transactional payloads, custom access tokens, and digital ticket stubs are routed via Resend to ensure instant, secure, and trackable inbox delivery.
AI Processing
Anonymized profile arrays and volume counts are parsed through Google AI Studio API endpoints for real-time ticket valuation processing.
Peer-to-Peer Sharing
Phone-based ticket sharing utilizes native, on-device WhatsApp deep links. SticketShop does not transmit this data via third-party SMS providers; the communication happens entirely client-side using your own messaging networks.
4. Security & Data Isolation
SticketShop employs strict cryptographic protocols to secure your assets:
- Private Event Obfuscation: Private event details, locations, and attendance records are assigned high-entropy 12-character alphanumeric tokens and are completely omitted from public indices, marketplace grids, and search engine scrapers.
- Administrative Escrow: All events automatically preserve an unindexed tier of two (2) administrative executive passes reserved securely in escrow for internal platform management.
5. Your Rights and Controls
- Ticket Revocation & Transfer: Once a ticket allocation is accepted by an authorized recipient via a matched email or verified phone number, ownership is permanently anchored to that specific account registry and cannot be publicly resold or re-listed on secondary open markets.
- Data Deletion: You may request the deletion of your account and personal profile metrics at any time by contacting platform support, subject to the retention of data required to fulfill active event entries or complete outstanding financial audits with Paystack.
